New Milestone: The company has recently obtained a U.S. MSB License
BlockBeats News, July 3: On July 3, New Continent stated on its interactive platform that the company has recently obtained a US MSB license. This license is a federal financial compliance license issued by the US Department of the Treasury's Financial Crimes Enforcement Network (FinCEN), covering scenarios such as currency exchange, remittance, and cryptocurrency transactions.
According to FinCEN guidance documents, the transmission and receipt of stablecoins are considered money transmission services, requiring an MSB license registration and compliance with anti-money laundering obligations. Next, the company plans to apply for and register payment licenses in other relevant regions, continuously expand its global business, enhance its competitive advantage, and provide global customers with higher-quality, more secure, and more efficient cross-border financial and payment services.
